Did anyone else hear that Chris Doty committed suicide? Apparently happened at the beginning of Feb., but news takes a while to trickle down to Kitchener. Very, very sad.

Not only did I do a story on Chris for Deb, but a Scene article and a mini radio documentary for CHRW as well.
I never would have guessed he'd be the sort to kill himself - but I suppose that someone with an acting background would be able to conceal any inner turmoil easily enough. But as Deb says, it is really sad. Regardless of what I might think of London, he was a definite ambassador for the city, and it's worse off without him.
